    Re: a big thanks!!

    Chica,

Enjoyed the game overall.  The mole in my defense was a nice touch.  Look forward to the next game, I am going to guess that you are a CD-type as opposed to Vinyl, lol...  Kudos, to you and your team for your win.  Looking forward to June.

    Re: a big thanks!!

I have to say that the thanks should go to you, Chica.

This young lady is small in stature but her heart is big as all Texas. She carried herself like she'd generaled a dozen games. She was on top of things and was calm, courteous yet firm in her command. Great job, Chica. You are, as you say, da BOMB!

To the rest of the Catz: I was very proud to fight with all of you. I've never seen a team be so aggressive with such energy for so long.

To the Dogz: I want you all to know that I put every ounce of energy I had into that game. You guys were tough all day long. Nothing came easy. Not only did you guys make my team and I fight for every point, but you did so with sportsmanship and class. I was honestly surpised at the score. I was worried we'd not done the job out there. You guys were that tough.

Black List was honored to take the field with and against you all. I sincerely hope the next game is as much fun as this one was. We look forward to the next with great anticipation.

    Re: a big thanks!!

Sorry that I did not mention it earlier in the post thread but I wanted to say thanks to Rick and the staff for a great game.  Normally, when I have commanded gmaes in the past I have never had the amount of skirmishes and firefights on top of my CP but I did get to fire alot more paint than I expected...  lol...

I also want to thank everyone on the Dogz side that came out to support us, from Hidden Loyalty to Kell Hounds to Almost Human and Non-profit painters, thanks alot for giving so much to the game.  I look forward to working with allof you again in the future.

The refs were great, and everything that I heard coming from the field was simply that the refs were absolutly great and were right on top of everything that they needed to be.

aclown - well what can you say about "mister costume?"  I still think he would have made a great Pit Yorkie in drag....

Chica and the Cats - again, I can't say enough about how well you played and I look forward to being on the field with you guys (hopefully, more often than once a quarter).  Great job on a well played win...

One person that I forgot to mention Saturday and I feel really bad about it is Spyro.  He was an integral part of our offensive strategy and it truly was a hard choice between he and Spork for the MVP but I want to thank him again for allof the work and all of the heart that he put into the game.  I really wish that I could have had 2 MVPs because both of them were truly great to have on my team and it made it exceedingly difficult to choose.  Spork, thanks for all that you did and thanks for helping with the cause.

Also, I did not really do into it but one of the main reasons that Kell Hounds were the most valuable team was that they basically worked in the background all day doing pretty much anything that we needed done from running down slapsticks to finding the vet to providing personal security to me after we figured out that we had a mole in our interior defense.  Fortunatly for me, I have good reflexes, Gus' gun was off, and my security detail had their guns on...  lol...

And finally to the admin staff, thank you for making it so smooth from checkin until the time we went home.  Also, something that I did not realize was that this was the third scenerio that #1PB has put on.  That was the one thing that suprised me because I have been to other scenerio locations that have been doing it for years and they are not nearly as good as the game that we played. I think that the break for the 8-hour game for everyone to refuel with water and food and I think this will be even more important as we go into the game in June..

Thanks again to anyone I have forgotten (Yes, that includes you Black List) I think that almost everyone out there were good sports overall and I enjoyed playing the part...  Thank you again to all of the Dogz that came out and for letting me lead the "motley crew."  I look forward to playing more with all of you in the future.

    Re: a big thanks!!

It was a complete honor Counter Viper.  Honestly working for you was a lot of fun becuase you made EVERYONE feel like they were an important part of the game.  Somehow you made sitting in the woods doing nothing for an hour seem important and thats a pretty hard feat.  I was super surprised by the amount of people who would just push out to exactly where you wanted them, and just sit there till you told them otherwise (sorry, I wasn't one of those people, I gotta keep moving).  Thanks a lot for allowing the Kell Hounds to work for you so much, they worked their butts off and had a blast doing it.  Hope to see you around man.
